  • AI Technology Variability: AI-generated content may have variations in pronunciation and quality
  • No Returns on Digital Products: Once downloaded or accessed, digital content cannot be returned

  • Buyer's remorse

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimate purchase that you previewed and approved is considered fraud. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks.

If you experience technical issues with downloading your purchased file, please contact us immediately using the contact button on our website. We will assist with technical delivery problems, but this does not constitute a refund situation.
